I’ve been going to the Vick Park Medispa Westmount for a couple of months now and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. I am usually a very picky person who dont hesitate to change places if i do not like the service, treatment, or overall experience at the office Im going. Since I spend my $$ on treatments, I expect the best and I’m getting it here. My special thank you go to my technician, here name starts by N (Nancy?). She is very professional and nice, and always gives me a personable and impeccable service and treatment (BBL , Hair removal etc). I’ll be returning for sure.

Very professional, you know the place is run professionally, staff is very honest they tell you if the treatment will work on ur skin or not, they don’t do procedures just to sale. They truly offer a personalized experience. I never felt they were trying to sale me something I didin’t need. I loved my first encounter with Nancy she amazing and know what she’s talking about! Quick appointment, easy to get the free consultation. Although it’s quite pricey, to compare of other places, but you pay what you get. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Not pushy to get things you don’t need. A good place for BBL. Highly recommended.

Loved everything about my experience! The rapid appointment, the warm reception, the fast treatment and the attention by the medical coordinator! But what i liked the most was of course Dr. Bernstein! After numerous years with a doctor that retired, meeting a new dermatologist made me nervous. But within seconds, it nervousness was replaced by trust!

Staff is very friendly but professional, the office space is really inviting. Dr. Bernstein was very knowledgeable and explained things to me in a way I could understand. I didn’t wait at all to be seen (#mindBlown). Even the parking guy flagged me down to let me know there was free indoor parking for clients, before I spent money in the meter. Wonderful experience overall, I absolutely recommend to everybody.
