Not a fan. They offer a free service for rotations etc if you bought the tires there, which I did. The workers seem great but the service desk is super passive aggressive and abrasive and it seems like a pretty toxic work environment for them. It’s like they are really busy down there and want everyone to know what an inconvenience you are. I’ve been buying tires from there over the last 20 years, from the old owners who were amazing, but I won’t be back.

Service was adequate; customer service lacking
Upon the referral of a friend whom I trusted, I went out of my way (I live in Langley) to utilize this shop. They have been storing my tires so I called last week to get them out of storage. The other day I was called in the morning to notify me that my tires were in the shop and they were ready to book an appointment for me. I simply asked if there were any cancellations for that same day as I was completely open. I knew it would be a long shot but worth a try. The employee (John) kind of laughed and admitted no they were booked up but then HE offered a very creative solution. That if I was willing to leave my car there for an hour or two, they could get to it between other booked in jobs. This would be a little give and take on both sides as I would have to find something to occupy the time but I figured I could make it work (plus I figured they probably wanted to get my tires out of their way). Not 5 minutes later the manager (Bryan) phoned me to, in no uncertain terms, let me know that he was not pleased. He said multiple times that in future I am to give them more notice in a very unsympathetic tone. I tried to explain both that a wonderful employee came up with this creative solution but he did not seem to hear this and repeated that I would have to give more notice in future. I was quite taken aback to be getting chastised for a service that was offered to me and not one I asked for, demanded, cajoled, or even considered prior to it’s suggestion. I had been willing to wait and then stated this to this manager. He then told me they would change my tires but then stated not to come by until after lunch which was from 12-12:30. This felt like it was offered begrudgingly and I did not feel valued. I arrived promptly at 12:30 to get my tires to go…. I get that it’s a busy time for tire centers and I also get that WE are ALL going through a pandemic but… maybe just take 3 breaths before chastising a customer.

I sincerely apologized to show my anger without knowing carefully. They installed new tires and replaced one part for tune up. I thought they put cheap unknown tire to save money and did the wheel alignment poorly at that time. And I got there in the morning and express my anger. But after a week of driving, I started to realize that they did perfect job. They installed Rovelo tires and it’s really smooth and not wear quickly. Even though it’s not well known brand, but really impressive tire. I really sincerely apologize to John. You did really great job! Can you take my apology? I have been feel sorry for almost 2 years now. It’s Mazda 5 grey color if you remember.

Exceptionally helpful and honest. they have their customers’ interest at heart. Will recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs car service. Thank you John and Brian for the exceptional customer service.

We called and spoke to Bryan mid morning and they offered 3pm time slot Same day for set of tires and front brake pads. He offered different options and price ranges. We dropped the car off early and they managed to get the job done before 3! They even called to offer other options to keep costs down in between. The car drives smooth, and we couldnt appreciate the ease in every transaction. Flawless. Thank you!!!
