Very sweet teacher, fun classes
Absolutely the best fitness facility in town.
I have never been a person who enjoyed group work out classes, but after my first Cardio kickboxing class with Tina, I was hooked! Black Dragon is a comfortable, fun environment that offers a great workout with noticeable results! Looking forward to the day we can get back in the Dojo!
