I had originally provided a poor review of this Spa as I had the issue below in receiving gift certificates:
I ordered (and paid for) two gift certificates on December 18th, each for a 45 minute pedicure. These two items are (were?) gifts, and I intended on forwarding the email confirmation of purchase onto my friends. I am currently stuck overseas due to the pandemic, so most of my Christmas presents were gift certificates this year.
I did not receive the email confirmations, however, noted that the funds had come out of my account. I contacted the Spa and they confirmed that I had paid, yet didn’t provide me with proof of purchase. It is quite frustrating, as it is now January 4th, and I still have not been able to give my friends their gifts.
Since posting the above, the business has got in touch and resolved the issue, so I have adjusted my review to show that they made it right.
