Just bought a table and chairs for my home from Briers and it was a Fantastic Experience! The sales associate was super helpful and helped us choose a perfect table for our place, and the warehouse was extremely helpful coordinating delivery to our home. We will for sure be shopping with Briers again.

Got my Inca couch from Briers and it was handled expertly by David Briers. He personally made sure I had my 10% discount and went out of his way to call me and ensure that the delivery person would not only bring in my couch into my Toronto Condo but also help me assemble it. This was achieved by finding a local mover (he refunded my delivery payment so I can pay the delivery guy – which he went out of his way to find). The experience was so pleasant, I’m actually going out my way to find something I like at Briers to purchase for my new Condo. Great Guy – Great Company – Great Products. Thank you!

The customer service from Briers has been fantastic from the moment we walked through the door until the moment we sat down on our sofa for the first time. Cherie was wonderful: she helped us choose the right couch, took us through all the different fabrics and colours, and help us with getting the right measurements to ensure we chose the right size to fit into our apartment. Our sofa was delivered by David & Ahmed who were incredible: they were highly skilled, knowledgeable, passionate and could not do enough to make sure we were looked after. They were also just lovely people! Highly recommend.
