Didn’t get me the best rates but good experience overall

We have been dealing with Brokerlink for about 3 years now (mainly with Arianne) and I have to say, the customer service and professionalism is always amazing. They are so quick to help and make changes.

Complete Disaster ! The broker at Broker Link that I have dealt with was too important and too busy to respond to timely email inquires… she did not have time to respond to email prompts either. Attending the office due to lack of response only alerted me the the broker was not in the office when the office opened. Difficult to find value in this broker. Then found out the she is the manager of this office ! She finally responded only to demonstrate that her reading and comprehension skills are lacking. Due to this lack of reading and comprehension, she put me at risk of driving without insurance. Again, when pointed out the actual request rather then the ‘on the fly’ half baked interpretation she made…. it was suggested that I had changed my request. OMG ! I have found an insurance company offering the same service at a much better price. Are they any better? I am prepared to find out…. Now Broker Link wants to apply a penalty the leave them. What a joke. Avoid this place… it will suck your money, your time, and energy. I cannot contact Corporate by email… apparently they are too busy for that as well.

I talked to the nicest agent named Jessica. She was polite and professional and was able to help me with my insurance situation when no one else could… Shes an angel in disguise as far as I’m concerned… Thanks so much Jessica and broker link

Have been with brokerlink on wellington since 2011 i think. My broker is always fast and honest about our quotes and getting things processed. Im so happy with this particular branch so much that even though i moved almost 200km away i wont switch.
