Loyal customers of Chan for many years. Last year Chan asked us to use someone new for our taxes. This employee made huge mistakes and cost us money, time, and stress. We tried to email this individual three times without a response. We had asked reception if Chan could do our taxes this year (as he always in previous years) considering the employee made mistakes. Reception booked us an appointment. Today we received a call from reception stating he is unwilling to do our taxes because he’s not doing anyone’s taxes anymore ( which I heard differently). This is so confusing and EXTREMELY disheartened to get a call from reception not only cancelling our appointment, but told to find a different company? Chan didn’t give us a call to find out what mistakes were made with our taxes. We are completely blindsided as they had no problems taking our money for taxes in the past, but as soon as a problem came up we are being dropped as customers.
