Service here was very poor. I suggest going up the road to another location! I watched the staff ask how to make my menu ordered drink. Ok that’s fine, maybe he was new. Then he made the drink and walked away from it. He looked lost… Didn’t know what else he could do. The staff he asked earlier for directions stood there doing nothing. I waited a few more minutes as my drink cooled down in the machine until I asked if that my drink? I honestly was ready to grab it myself. The staff doing nothing was passive, took her time as she simply put a lid on it. Avoiding eye contact as she handed it to me with no explanation as to why it had to sit there minutes waiting. They were not busy, there was no line. No excuse.

This location never fails to disappoint. Today was the cream egg flurry, with massive air bubble (only like half the amount of ice cream there should have been) and almost no cream egg toppings. And there was no sweet and sour sauce for the nugget happy meal. This location is the worst, consistently.
