Great place to visit for tour information and must see things in Brantford.

The only thing wrong is they don’t have a mailbox. I had to drop something off here after hours and there was nowhere to leave it. Since it has municipal government offices here as well you would think there would be a mailbox. Other than that its a nice place. Interesting displays and very helpful people and even a playground for the kids to burn off energy while the parents get local information.

We ask if they had a map of Ontario and we couldn’t get one the lady at the front desk was very rude like she didnt want us there

Modern and well designed. Staff is friendly and helpful.

This is a beautiful building in a great location. The person at the desk was most helpful and there are countless racks of brochures about the city and area.
