Our stay at the Best Western Parkway Inn and Conference Centre was excellent. We chose it as our getaway to celebrate our 41st wedding anniversary and were not disappointed. The hotel is very comfortable & clean. New protocols are in place because of the pandemic and we felt very safe. The restaurant staff as well as the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The food was all plated with no buffets and our meals were delicious. Our next trip away we are planning on visiting the same Best Western for our stay vacation.

Great relaxing experience for me and the hubby we stayed in the luxury suites. The room is very comfortable ,food was delicious also kept in great condition and clean…. Staff also friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place to stay if ur looking for that relaxing quite weekend to get away….👍

4/5 when compared to other mid-range hotels. The room was very clean, bathroom was updated/renovated with walk-in shower, and the service was excellent! Our housekeeper, Silvia, did a fantastic job, and was very pleasant. The room decor is a little dark, and only one small window. However, this is how the building was designed. I like the long hallway, it must be the longest hallway in Cornwall! We really wish the fireplace in the main lounge area was on, but I think they only use it starting in November. We will definitely stay here again.

Very well appointed room and the service was wonderful. After a very long drive it was nice to be able just to crawl into a nice clean bed and go to sleep. The front desk was ultra helpful at check-in. We brought our dog and instead of turn-down service we got poop bags and dog biscuits. :)
