I know next to nothing about cars, and he was very patient when explaining things so that I understood. I couldn’t recommend them enough

I would normally give 5 stars as. I have used this store for parts for years, the guy behind the counter told us they have no ability to research or reference sizes etc of fittings from brake lines or anything else in any capacity, but Canadian tire which uses the exact same system was able to do it!

I thought you had to know your stuff to work here? i was given the wrong part.. TWICE. Then, when I went in to get the right one, finally, I was treated terribly, when it was their fault to begin with. The guy made a mistake on the computer and ordered me 2 parts instead of just one, the right one. So they accused me of stealing a part??? And were extremely rude to me. Also, I was given the wrong part by a lady the day before. (I returned the wrong ones obviously) Do they know what they’re doing? No. Is there any customer service? No.
