Great little store, but do not visit during COVID unless you like being micromanaged and made to feel like you are someone to be afraid of. Door was opened and closed for me, the lady had to follow me around and pick items out for me as I was not allowed to touch it, and I felt wildly uncomfortable the entire time. No other pet store I’ve been to during covid has been this extreme.

I am a regular here and have been always buying food and supplies for both my dog and hamster. However, I am extremely disappointed about what has happened today. I went there last Friday and asked the staff to order a specific product for me, and I was told the item has been ordered and will be arriving next Friday, which it’s today. When I went there and checked whether the product has arrived yet, I was told that the order has not yet been placed and they asked me to wait for another week or even longer, and just asked me to wait for their call. They told me that the item has not yet arrived due to Christmas time and their warehouse may not be sending out orders. Well, I ordered it last week and it wasn’t even Christmas yet. I am extremely disappointed about what has happened as they did not even apologize.

I love going here. The staff are always super friendly and helpful, and I never have issues finding what I’m looking for. Bonus: the local store kitty, Stitch (amazing employee by the way).
