I was there today and was looking around…they had good sales. The staff member was almost chasing me I felt like criminal omg.

Bootlegger Ricki’s wasn’t the greatest store to shop ! Actually, it was the best ! Lol ! Had you thinking didn’t I?! Haha..seriously speaking it had some good sales. Perhaps pre-Black Friday…idk but it was a good shop:)

I just visited this location and was very disappointed in one of the ladies who was working. I selected a shirt from the sale wall (where all of the same exact shirts in different sizes were), tried it on, liked it, and asked for the price since it hadn’t been marked down on the tag (like another shirt I had picked out). The lovely lady who was ringing me up was confused and asked the other (quite snarly) lady if it was on sale; the latter said that it was “definitely not on sale”, “they are brand new”, “I just took them out of the box on Saturday”. She the proceeded to say that it was probably put on the sale rack by another customer to which I described that all of the sizes were there so that’s not likely. She continued to be rude and blamed it on another staff member, never apologizing for the misunderstanding or offering any type of solution. I will definitely be sticking to online for my bootlegger purchases in the future.
