Virginia was very unprofessional, rude, and just out of line. She does her best to avoid her costumers, and stay low key. She doesn’t do her part whatsoever. This was hands down the worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m just disappointed to say the least.

I had booked an oil change for my truck and showed up early stoped my truck off and was told it would be ready in 40 minutes. I came back over a hour later and my truck had not even been inside yet. Service is poor as I travel out of province for work regularly to different provinces this is truly the most disappointed I have been. At any dealership.

I used Jeff Ritchot to buy a few vehicles now. Always delivers as promised and answers all my questions. Very comfortable dealing with him. Highly recommend giving Jeff a call if looking for a new or used car.

Told myself I would never do business here again after buying my last truck a few years ago.
Received a call from a young, energic, new employee who got me to come into the dealership. After working with him and the sales manager they were able to get me out of the deal I had and into a better truck that fit’s my needs. They both listen to my complaints and did there best to make up for someone else mistakes. Sales rep was open and honest with me about his experience but with the team work from him and his manager made the whole experience really easy and fun.
Dealing with finance is most often the worst part of any sales deal, but here the finance lady we dealt with was fun, happy and great to talk with. Made us feel like part of the family.
In the future if these people are still at the dealership I will be going back for my next truck..
