I called to report my lost cat. The receptionist sounded bothered by my call, didn’t seem to know the procedure or what important questions to ask, simply asked for his name, “did you like lose it near the clinic?” and then asked me to describe what he looked like, I said he’s a seal point cat, she didn’t know what that meant obviously because she asked me again what colour he is.. she didn’t ask if he is microchipped or tattooed or for my name or contact info and then just said “ok, bye” and hung up. Extremely unprofessional!

I had my dogs teeth done here today and I cannot say enough good things! They quoted me a high amount and it came out to half of that! Excellent job scaling his teeth. And way fewer extractions than we anticipated.They look absolutely amazing!!! Every experience here has been amazing. The neuter and dew claw removal we had here years prior was no different. Amazing! My dog is my baby and I wouldn’t trust just anyone with him! Thank you for a wonderful experience! Affordable but absolutely caring and did the job wonderfully!

I appreciate that Dr. Mattu is concerned about the well being of my dog, NOT about padding his own pockets. He is considerate of what we want, and takes the time to explain things in easy to understand language. Receptionist was great – enthusiastic and put my pupper to ease right from the start. Would highly recommend!

Dr Mattu is an incredible vet. I have never felt so well taken care of with any of my pets and to ensure they always get the care they need his prices are less then half of anywhere else in town or surrounding areas.

I always feel well looked after when I bring my dog(s) to Apex. The Vet is trust worthy, knowledgeable, and no nonsense type, who cares greatly for the wellbeing of our pets. He takes his time to help you find other resources, to help your pet if he feels that is the next step.

The front end staff know my dogs name as soon as they see me, and make sure over the counter supplies I need are always stocked. I’ve never had a bad experience with the very busy staff, and they always see me in a timely fashion.

Apex prices bet all in town for Vet care, medicine, supplements and food. Making Vet care more accessible to animals who’s owner would choose not to go to the Vet because of cost.
