They have moved things, found them with assistance from floor assistant. When checking out I noticed as employees were showing up for work they were going through testing before their shift. Very good practice, keep the virus at bay and your customers safe.

Much easier and faster experience since installing self check out tiles. An associate stands by each self check tiles to help you. Living near by, Costco is more a quick stop for me than a once a month type of big scale shopping. Always have appreciated their superior products for a decent price. I found in the past a stocker that was very aggressive in moving his cart despite high density public walking by and few times I thought he.would hit me, but I have seen that guy for a while and that alone also improved the experience. Most Costco employees recognize me and are very friendly. The hours of operation are great too.

I love Costco. I have for 20 years now. My only gripe is I find the newer employees give you a much harder time when you come in to return something.

I think they missed the memo that Costco is beloved in large part for it’s amazing return policy and customer service.

This is my 3rd Costco I’ve become a regular at since moving to Kamloops 7 months ago. This location stands out because of the excellent level of customer service. The cashiers are top notch and hate seeing people wait in line. I’ve seen plenty of times the staff grab the older folks out of the line to help them and ring them through. Such awesome spirit and true customer service. Love this place.
