I wouldn’t even have given ONE star, if I could have given a zero rating. The red haired old lady working on Saturday April 27th was by FAR, the most ignorant customer rep I’ve ever come across. She not only butted in on a conversation that had nothing to do with her, she was extremely crabby, rude and hateful. I have spent an easy thousand dollars at Soft Moc. I will never return. Also, people such as her should not be dealing with the public. Do not go to Vansickle Road Soft Moc. Jacqueline was nice. The red haired lady was not. Apparently it’s “known worldwide” (as she put it…?) that you cannot return shoes, without the shoe box. Even with the stickers on, the receipt, and clearly never been worn. Others in the store outright laughed. So did I and proceeded to ask, “really? Is it? Is it worldwide known?” Then I laughed 😏

After wandering around for 20 minutes being basically ignored I managed to track down an employee only to find all sale items are in uncommon sizes… funny how it’s always that way. Gave up and shopped elsewhere, will not return
