Everyone there is great and helpful

So I was thrown into an office job doing all the bookings for an event that was out of town, and I had zero experience in this field of work ! So that was not exactly fun.
However Rogers rental was INCREDIBLE! They helped with booking a tent, delivering it out of town and setting it up (to a venue I had never seen before… yikes) you need to know what kind of ground you’re setting the tents up on. grass=steaks into the ground. Cement/parking lot = cinder blocks. Know this beforehand or you’ll cause mayhem in their line of work.

They hooked us up with lights and even another tent when we found out later that one was not enough.
They set that one up in record time! It was all taken care of professionally.
10/10 would recommend!

We had a decent experience renting a piece of equipment here with one caveat. They swapped out and delivered a new one to us when ours wasn’t doing the trick. Upon return, a man who I assume is the owner remarked to us, “we had to deliver your extra equipment all the way out to you… normally we charge for that, you know. But we didn’t this time. We’re trying to provide good customer service.” And he said it almost in a reprimanding tone! I was quite shocked and would definitely think twice before going back here due to his arrogant attitude.
