My favourite store… reasonable prices fashionable clothes

Staff are friendly. Change rooms are closed though due to covid.

I order online and 1 month later I received email saying your order has been returned!!!
Didn’t receive my order and customer service don’t what happened, they said Candapost Mess it up!!!
And asked me to put a new order?? Without further information?
Will never order online again the worst service.

No, no. But that’s me not my style maybe sometime pants but no for me. It can be yes for other you need to try on clothes and see yourself.

I was at the H&M at Limeridge Mall on December 20th, 2020 upon entering the store there was a rude and uncultured young person working there. She was yelling and negatively representing H&M and because of this I will NEVER spend my money at this location nor any H&M for the matter…sorry H&M Square One!
This young lady failed to control her temp over something that she failed to take the time to understand. A person in her field (retail) needs to understand people choose to spend their as well as choose the brand they want to be associated with. She has failed to represent H&M, young woman and people as she choose to disrespect a paying customer.
It’s s shame that H&M opted to hire her and now they have lost a customer for LIFE!
I will tell everyone I know and upload it to social media so every can see her behaviour and know the type of employees really work at H&M Limeridge location.
