This review is regarding the staff that were working Sunday July 28, at 5:30pm. There were two gentlemen at the counter when I walked in, I was the only one in the whole store. They didn’t even look up from their conversation to say hello, no one offered to help when I started looking through products. Even when I turned and stared at the counter to see if anyone would come to help they avoided eye contact. I was frustrated with the lack of help so I turned and left, once again they watched me leave without saying a word. I myself work in a customer service role so I understand the standard, and this was subpar. I don’t normally leave reviews but this level of service needs to be adjusted and trained upon as I chose not to spend my money at this store today solely because of the poor service.

Very very amazing staff member willing to take their time to make sure we get what we want I had a very friendly member help me around pick a pair of jeans super friendly and very welcoming. And even had him refer to the own jeans he was wearing. Great job
