Wonderful experience staying there, good amenities. Rent is comparable to the services. Building is clean and kept well. Maintenance and repairs were quick. No bug or rodent issues ever. Employees are so courteous especially Oliver and Mitch. Would recommend staying there to everyone.

Very clean building and friendly attentive staff. A lot of residents on here rate it bad because of the noise but in living here for over a year I have never encountered it being unreasonable. There have been a ton of upgrades to the building including newly painted balconies and fresh new balcony glass, new hallway flooring and a fitness gym with all new equipment. During covid they went above and beyond offering contest draws for grocery cards and free rent and started a free online yoga class. I absolutely love the location (in a quaint area that feels like the outskirts of a city). It is very quiet and safe. As for the apartment itself they have modern kitchens with islands, the space is rather large and it has lots of windows for natural light. I would highly recommend this place to any renter.

I got excellent maintenance service when my dishwasher broke down. The gentleman came to do an assessment, determined I needed a new washer and advised me it would take about 14 days to receive it. He returned a few days later and gave me an updated timeline, which was great follow up.
On the installation day, he came to advise me on how he would prepare the workspace, verified my covid exposure, and asked if he could keep his face mask on.
He completed the installation quietly as I was working from home, and didn’t cause any interruption to my work. As soon as he finished, he went over the user guide with me, and cleaned up all debris from the floor.
His service was excellent, went over and above to be courteous and would def recommend him for any maintenance jobs at the residence. Well done sir!

We recently moved into one of the townhouse units here and it was a pretty smooth transition overall. Mitch was amazing throughout the entire process from helping with the application, making everything easy and understandable. as well as being very accommodating for us. We also had the wonderful help out Jacob regarding the new townhouse and have continue to have his help since moving in. He is very friendly and responsive which is something we really appreciate. Mitch and Jacob are stand up guys and have made this entire process worth while- I am so glad for Mitch and Jacob helping us get out of the smaller apartment living and into a house. Thanks Guys!

I have lived here for over a year and it’s time to say goodbye. I have nothing but positive experiences here for the most part, meaning the negatives were extremely minor. The CLV did a great job with renovating this building (apparently it was bad before they got a hold of it). My unit was gorgeous, super spacious and gives you that “condo-like” feel. LOVE the open concept. Its a quiet building and the people are really nice. Super clean building they have cleaners that work pretty much everyday! The staff i didn’t really get to know but if I did need to contact someone it was always Jacob! He was always extremely helpful with any of my questions or concerns. I would recommend anyone to live here its great for the price!! Its was hard to make a decision to move because I really liked it but the only reasons I am is to be closer to work and to have central air/in suite laundry. Unfortunately being an older building this isn’t offered! Or else I’d stay!! 5 stars though!! Beautiful place!
