I really was pleased with the help I recieved from Liz Pelletier.
She was efficent and speedy.
I recieved my tax refunds promptly when she guessed the date of arrival as best to her knowledge of CRA .
Easy to find location, clean inside.

Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, especially regarding the current pandemic. The location was super clean and the staff were very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

If I could give less than one star I would, I am a first time business owner filing my taxes and wasn’t sure of everything I would need. At first dealing with polly she was very accommodating and helpful, but I never just got a list of all the information I needed to give, it was in little bits here and there and ended up being very confusing, I apologized and explained it was my first time. I started filling at the beginning of September before the 5th and then 2 weeks went by where my emails were ignored asking about what I should do next, I was then passed into Liz on the 28th to try and get things finished last minute. I was asked for more information and never received any confirmation as to if they got any of it. I had tried calling and emailing multiple times with no answer, I then had to go into the location, refill out all of my information, then was charged $250 for filing them. I explained what had happened over the past month was laughed at and was answered with “yeah well that happens” the lady I delt with last at the front desk was very nice and helpful but after all of this I would rather owe much more than I did then have to be put through the stress and inconvenience of dealing with this branch again.

Was super easy to get my taxes done. Very friendly and helpful, also there was good distancing measures taken. I didn’t even have to bring anything with me….they were great!

I am very unhappy with the lack of empathy that this location has for people. I said before I filed my taxes with them, I cant afford anything. I need a clean cut number on what I will pay and if its a penny more I cant do it at that time. I was comfortable with the amount quoted, I was contacted after the File was complete that I was mis Quoted….Pardon me? My main concern was the price and now its more? Cute considering they have a website that allows you too file on your own for free….I filled out the stupid drop off form correctly. I understand human error happens but that should come out of the companies pocket not mine. Good thing I havent payed yet, they will be waiting a while.
