If I could rate this business 0 stars I would. I usually refrain from leaving negative reviews but I felt the need to warn others. I purchased a groupon to have my car detailed and made an appointment for one week later. I arrived at the business for my scheduled appt time, after driving from Pickering to Oshawa, and couldn’t find the owner. I called the owner to let him know I was here and reminded him of the appt we had booked. He says “one moment, let me check.” He then proceeded to hang up the phone, and refused to answer even tho I called back several times. If he had made an error in the booking, I would have completely understood, and even rebooked, but the fact that he hung up and refused to answer my calls was just completely unprofessional. I am thankful I was able to get a full refund, but I would never recommend this business to anyone. Save yourself the hassle.
