I am giving this location a 2 star because I was so turned off by the staff we encountered. 2 girls standing at the counter eating ice cream, they did not so as acknowledge us. We walked around the store for a good 10 minutes without either one even talking to my wife and I. When we left there was zero said. Worst customer service ever.

one of the last places left in ottawa to get a good pair of skate shoes. While prices remain a little high you can’t really complain because prices are high everywhere right. Staff is usually pretty nice and the store is always very clean.

They sent 2 different sized shoes in the same box. They said in order to get the correct size I need to come into the store to exchange, they will not ship to me or accept me shipping the shoes back for a refund. I live over an hour away from the closest store so its a little frustrating.

Awful. Every time I go into this store, I get completely ignored. There’s always one young man “working” there he sits crossed legged on the desk and one smaller girl that has the worst customer service. I would LOVE to give this store a zero but I can’t. Avoid this store at all cost.

Pretty expensive most of the time but good clothes and sometimes they have nice sales.
