Do not use this company as they do not return phone calls. When you have an issue it takes months to get things resolved.

I am not happy with Airline ticket center. I was dealing with Sherry and I have a Westjet credit that I want to use up. I have emailed Sherry three times and she is away on medical leave. I have phoned numerous times and left numerous messages to get this resolved. I have waited on the phone numerous times, sometimes to be disconnected, and sometimes after hours and could not leave a message. I was last told to email my issue and it would be dealt with quicker. I find this hard to believe as Three times I was told I would get an email back and I have not received one. This issue has been going on since end of last September. She stated at the time that we would receive a Westjet credit for the unused flights that we could use up anytime. We want to use them up but are getting the run around from Airline Ticket Center. I have contacted Westjet and they have no information on credits for me. I want Airline Ticket Center to resolve this issue right away and refund my credit card.

Was dealing with Sherry on a trip to Italy. Then she went on medical leave and I have been trying to get my Westjet credits so I can use them up. So far I keep calling them but have not received any call back. This is going on for 3+ months now. Do not book a holiday with this company unless you want months of added stress and phone calls to them.
