This is a nearby electrical business I called this afternoon to consult about a “potential” or “needed” repair for my outdoor connection transitions (see the attached pictures). I got immediate call back and was able to schedule a check up visit right away. The company guy came very quickly to inspect the problem. He reassured us that the elecrical part actually was in good condition; however other cords such as telephone/internet/grounding cables indeed require some insulation repair work. He left some safety tips, and fix suggestions; remained very professional, polite, and pleasant as well as reassuring. 5 star for quick response and safety inspection visit.
