I came to them to change the battery for car remote control, they asked me for appointment for that!!!!
It’s okay… The problem that I visited them later after taking appointment they told me they can’t open the remote and change battery, you need to change the whole system for 180$!!
I took the remote to simple guy who is working in changing watch batteries and he change it for few dollars.
SHAME ON YOU AUTO KEY…

Thank you for resolving the issue with the key fob signal not being received by the system on my Genesis. The technician completed a full diagnostic and got to the bottom of the issue after a thorough process of elimination. A new dash module was installed and everything is back to normal. The Hyundai dealership had the car for a day and a half and couldn’t track down the problem. A waste of time.
