The quality of meat is really good, and my family love it. But recently I made a order which is very disappointing. Some products sold by unit weight considerably lower than the approximate weight advertised on their website, which I attached one example here.
I emailed the customer service, but unfortunately they won’t do anything about it.

Even though we really love their products, since we cannot trust what we see on their website, we won’t order anymore.

I do not recommend this place. They sell frozen meats only and have a very misleading website that makes it seem like you will be receiving the request of meats from a farm.
They should write VERY clearly on their website that their meat is frozen.
They also cu pieces of roast beef the size of a steak. They clearly have no idea what they’re doing and are dishonest.
