The owner could not care less. The place is dirty, unwelcoming, really no effort to make the experience less painful. No clean surfaces to fold clothes, the few chairs available look like they were picked up from a dumpster. Expensive. Most of the less expensive machines are broken.
Positive: There is a number to call in case you want to report something.
