A place to take care of yourself, realign yourself, connect to your body, slow down and learn to recognize our needs! It is a real pleasure for me to teach yoga there and to support people to find a positive relationship with food!

I have the chance to take yoga classes at Om Studio for some time now. The place is great, warm and friendly atmosphere. The teachers are very welcoming and take the time to explain the positions and correct our posture if necessary. Everyone has a place, beginners and more advanced will find their account.
In short, I highly recommend going for a walk!
