Very friendly staff, including the person at the entrance who reminds us to disinfect our hands.

During the Covid, they take good care of their customers. No more than 20 clients at a time. Young smiling man at the reception who cleans the baskets. Excellent service at the counter. Well done!

Wide variety of games for children, nice selection of board games, stationery and art materials and a nice bookstore. I really like the little cafe inside too.

They didn’t have everything I needed but the customer service was excellent as usual
