Good place, staff really kind and nice,they give you a map of the city and free WiFi, the private room is good, is you are just picky then get an hotel.

Clean, safe, good location. No fancy bells and whistles to write home about, but it’s a good place to stay to see a beautiful city.

If I could give it fewer than one star I would- the co-owner is extremely rude- pretty much breaking the customer service rule of conduct 101- he told me to shut up because I pointed out that it wasn’t ‘incredibly easy’ to find the hostel after working hours. In most circumstances I would also have interpreted this as misogynistic. Really, do not stay here by any means- spend ca 10 dollars extra and sleep somewhere else. Yes

If you’re looking for a no-frills, cheap hostel, then this is the place for you. It is conveniently located in the adorable St. Roch neighborhood. A lot of the reviews were bad based on customer service, but I honestly had the best experience with Pierre! He was super friendly and accommodating, and he even gave us tips on the best places to eat and drink in the area. The only true downside to this place is the comfort levels of the cheap bunks, as well as the noise from the bar across the street. But if you keep your expectations low and bring a spare pair of ear plugs, then this is the best bang for your buck hostel you’ll get in the heart of Quebec City!
