I did business with this company through Hydro Solution for the replacement of our water heater which had arrived almost 10 years ago. I have nothing to say, the work was completed quickly, our condo was clean when they left, no damage (apart from a small scratch on a door but really not the end of the world).
The only thing I have to complain about is that we were told that we would be called 30 minutes before to confirm the time slot (we had no time slot just a date), and we never had ‘call. Since we were on vacation, it wasn’t a big deal, but it’s a bit boring anyway.

Check your bills!

We were charged 2 hours for a visit of less than an hour. So one hour of travel! They pay themselves directly on our credit card so we have to be even more vigilant! After checking and asking for explanations with the finance department, we were credited with 30 min. We had been billed for travel time and time for the plumber’s purchases for parts he must have in stock in his truck. This was corrected following the requested checks, in particular on the plumber’s GPS.

But what we didn’t like most was that the finance lady was very rude to us and refused to admit the billing error, despite reimbursing us. She was even condescending to us. Extremely disappointed with this way of treating customers. We had appreciated the work done by the plumber, but unfortunately this is our last time with this company.

Two technicians arrived on time to replace my water heater. They were polite and very pleasant. It took an hour and they explained how to work with the new water heater. I did not find anything to complain about. I’m glad I called Boucher Lortie.
