Lovely place – I will gladly stay here again.

Excellent service. Pascal is a really nice guy with a good energy. He gave us indications about restaurants and things to visit in the town.
The room was impeccable. Very confortable and super clean.

Amazing experience there. We stayed only one night but pascal was so nice and welcoming the moment we arrived. He gave us suggestions of places to visit and reviewed our travel plans to further provide his recommendations. But what truly stood out was this event:

After checking in, we went to the nearby beach for a walk and then to a restaurant. Then when we got back to the hotel, we noticed that we didn’t have our room key with us anymore. I still have no idea how it was lost. So we were standing in front of our room at 11pm panicking. We retraced our steps and still couldn’t find the key. We called pascal but given it was so late, there was no answer on the phone. So we started freaking out and thinking we may need to sleep in our car that night. I called pascal a few more times but still no answer. Then all of a sudden, he appeared and asked if everything was ok. I told him what happened and his response was so caring and considerate. He provided me with another key so we could go and get some rest. The next morning, when we were checking out, Pascal not only was not angry with us, but was so understanding (even though we woke him up at 11pm). He charged us just a small nominal fee to replace the locks which I happily accepted.

To be honest I’ve never lost a hotel key before so it was an entirely stressful event but pascal was so kind from beginning to end. I whole heartedly recommend aux portes du soleil since you will be welcomed and cared for like family

It’s a great place to sleep and continue travelling, the rooms are perfectly clean and the owner is very kind. I really appreciate the time he spent to suggest me places to visit around
