So pleased with my experience at Decarie Motors Jaguar Land Rover. Went to browse SUVs at a number of dealerships to upgrade my 10 year old Ford Focus. Arrived at Decarie Motors Jaguar Land Rover to check out the F-Pace. I was well greeted by the receptionist and soon assigned a sales consultant, Charles, who was able to show me the vehicle and answer my questions. We went for a test drive and I was informed of the many features the F-Pace had to offer. I was so impressed by both the vehicle performance and design as well as Charles for his professionalism and laid back approach. Even after asking what I currently drove, his demeanour didn’t change which I thought to be respectful. He allowed me my space to think about my decision but was available to give me further information and tend to the concerns I had, which ultimately led me to become a Jaguar customer. His colleague Patrick was also very helpful in sorting my paperwork for delivery and getting me the best value protection plan for my needs. I was happy to meet Kerryann upon pickup, who provided a detailed walk-through of the F-Pace, highlighting the features that would likely benefit my specific day-to-day driving habits. She also followed up with an email with links and tutorials to help ease my transition and offered further assistance should I need at a future time.
