Store with very interesting content but poor customer service: if I had the possibility to go elsewhere, I would. Sample Service: My wife and I are filling our bottles and we have a question. We are therefore waiting for the clerk who is at the counter with a customer. Another clerk comes into the room and asks if everything is going well with us. We explain our question to him and he responds: “I’m sorry but I just finished my shift so I can’t help you.” and he leaves without even telling the other clerk that we have a question. (We had a good laugh at the situation because it was unlikely for us but what about this service !!!)

It is always to this place that I go for my purchases for the fermentation of beer, wine or cider. The ability to press fresh grapes directly imported from California in the fall is what sets this company apart. They have great expertise in their field and they have been open for several years. We know why!
