A complete waste of money and not particularly brilliant. This was my first time using a cleaning service and was looking forward to having some help in getting a house ready for sale. The two ladies showed up on time with cleaning supplies in tow and we went over what needed to cleaned. What I failed to discuss, to my regret, was how it was to be cleaned.
The one young lady had some experience and seemed to be in charge of directing the other, who as I later found out after asking her, was a newbie and had just started. She had no clue how to clean and basically moved the dirt from one place to another. Cleaning rags were not changed up or rinsed on a regular basis. Additionally, one does have the expectation that folks coming to clean can be left on their own to get the job done, but when I did this, I came back each time to find them passing phones back and forth, more focused on this than getting the job done.
When the invoice came in, I was charged $243 for 3 hours of sub-standard work. I called the office and left a voice mail indicating that I would pay the invoice, but that the work was sub-standard and the service lacking professionalism. I never received a call back, nor any other kind of follow-up and this made it seem even more like a money-grab.
Bottom line? Very poor quality job, very poor communication and follow-up; don’t waste your money.

I hired Brilliant Cleaning Service to clean my 473 square foot condo for a move out clean. My condo was in average condition, but I wanted it to sparkle when showing it. I agreed to have two cleaners at my place for $75.00 an hour up to 3 hours. The cleaners were let in by a family member and worked for 2 hours and 15 minutes. Later, I went to look at my condo and I could not believe all the things that were missed. The stainless steel was not cleaned, the outside and inside of the cupboards were not all wiped down, there was dust still in many places all over the condo, and they forgot to clean the floor in my den. Honestly, the list could go on. I had requested a move out clean and what I came back to was so unsatisfactory, I had to call and have them come back.

Two ladies came back a week later for maybe 20 minutes and tidied up a few things I had listed, but still missed things I had mentioned. At that point I had had enough and wanted to move on from this experience. But, then I received my bill about 10 days later and found out originally there were three people working in my condo, which I was not aware of and did not request. I was charged $112.50 an hour for a terrible job from the work of three people in a 473 square foot condo! What another great surprise to such a terrible experience. Even after having them return to finish the job, there are still items I will have to tend to myself.

I do not recommend this company. It was a very upsetting experience for me, so please be warned.

If you do decide to hire them, make sure you are there to ensure they are doing their jobs.

Had Brilliant Cleaners come in to do a move out clean after my tenants moved out and left a mess of my townhouse. They did a fabulous job… super last minute too! I fully recommend them for any and all your cleaning needs. You will be so happy you did… I know I was!
