Trung was helpful when I went to go get my laptop last year! I still use it to this day, great products.

Very poor service, I was waiting for 30mins no one showed up , even asked for help they didn’t reply appropriately

There was a girl here in the middle of the laptop section mask down, many employees passing by, she was chatting to some guy for ages, mask on her chin. No one talked to her out of the many employees that passed by. She just left and we have been here 10 to 15 minutes. No idea how long she had been here. Should really look into enforcing the wearing a mask so if that stuff bothers you like it does us, go somewhere else. She was apparently talking to an employee so perhaps was one herself? Not sure. The guy just asked if we needed help that was talking to her mask less etc.

Corporate cut hours and is using CERB to pay employees so the corporation doesnt have to.

Shop elsewhere. Stop supporting corporations who have profited in this pandemic when few have.

Worst service… took 3 hours to buy a laptop.. which i already had in mind..
