While the shop boasts much equipment and a good selection of bikes, the telephone manners of the staff leave much to be desired (“condescending” is the kindest word I can find), the quality of bike repair service low and slow, and the after-repair service nonexistent. If they cannot repair something properly, take six weeks to do it wrong, and refuse to fix their shoddy repairs for free after another problem creeps up a mere three months later, why should they stay in business? Instead, people, go to the Retro-Rides bike shop on Sparks Street, where the service is fast, friendly, of good quality and not overpriced.
