We ordered through door dash and missed half our order. When we called the restaurant the manager, Mark, was extremely helpful and sent the rest of our order over in a cab. We appreciated the customer service.

We loved eating at this location and rarely ordered takeout, but now we have only ordered takeout since the pandemic started last year and picking it up on our way home from a long work day. The app makes it easy to pre-order. We’re glad you are open in any way & we can still support your business safely, and you are still able to provide great food till the day when we can make ‘eating out’ a possibility again. First patio lunch of the year and it didnt disappoint. Grilled chicken on a bun was fantastic as was our waitress. Thanks for making a long wait worth it and we will be back soon

Two couples decided at the last minute to have supper at Kelseys. We had never visited this restaurant before. The service and meal were excellent. Two of us had ribs, one had pasta and one had nachos with soft drinks. It was all very tasty and no complaints. We had a great time.Food was amazing and so was the service.

Very disappointed in my meal tonight. 1/2 rack rib & wing combo. Fries were like kid size, and the ribs were so overdone they were completely inedible. I had to RIP the bone off so forcefully it was the most unappetizing thing. I only ate 2 out of my 4 wings as well.

The only reason I didn’t give 1 star is because my Buffalo potato skins were alright- soggy, but alright.

I’ve always loved Kelsey’s for this meal. This is the first time I’ve gone to Queenston as my location is closed early. Won’t be going back here for sure.
