I’ll start with my only complaint, The In store stock is limited. if you want to walk in, and walk out with an instrument of your choice, that might be an issue. Other than that, they are super helpful and will help you order exactly what you want, including some instruments made in canada! great repair services and music lessons as well.

Hands down the best music store & school in the Soo! All of the teacher’s are amazingly talented, professional and fun. You are always greeted with a smile when you walk in the door and made to feel like you are just part of the family. Can’t recommend this store highly enough! Go there for all of your music needs, you will never be disappointed!

Awesome place, got my guitar setup for a great price and felt welcome the whole time I was there. I know I’ll be going back.

I purchased Cort Acoustic here was very nice guitar..I later traded for another guitar which I believed was worth even more but then found after after I made the deal with guitar store in Sudbury I was sold a fake labelled guitar and ended up with losing $200… Well the store in Sudbury will never see me again but I would do business with Cases in Sault Ste Marie most rightly … Yes the guitar tec at Cases was always very good and very professional.. he knew his stuff! Thank you very good experience service with Cases.
