DO NOT RECOMEND AT ALL the service is bas told me wrong things. They absolutely do not know what they are doing, the manager is rude but the other employees very sweet. The do not care about the animals but want to sell you things even if it is bad for the pets

Although I was glad to see a cat for adoption rather than for sale, keeping them in tiny confined spaces behind glass with no blankets or bed or comfortable place to sit or lie down, is cruel. Please improve the spaces in which they are kept and make them more comfortable. Also, please stop selling birds or other small animals. I cannot support a business that treats sentient life as a product.

Nice place I went to buy a fish and an aquarium for my daughter. The employee who was greeting everyone walking in decided to escape us. For a moment I thought it’s ok until I noticed that she greats only one type of customers.and looks the other side when the other type walk in It’s unfortunate not a place I want to shop. Got a gift card for my daughter instead until I find a place that respect everybody.

I always love coming to this store. Bought a rabbit today for my son. His name is Gandalf. The rabbit, not my son.

Went last Saturday to this store. The girl that was working should be on the street with no job. She was the worse employee i have seen. She was in the back of the filling dishes. When asked her for help she said are you going to buy then i will help you. This happen twice i turn to me friend and said shes terrible. Another woman was buying dog food and had to come and look for her. Never seen this kind of terrible service. If i was the manager i would firer her and not have her back. This young kid with blondish hair.will never go back to this store and would never send a friend here.
I would not even give this store a one star if i could.
