My girlfriend and I went In not knowing what exactly we wanted , just to browse and get an idea of what we wanted .Since I just moved Into the Regina with her And start the next chapter of our lives. We met Justine and she Is very knowledgeable about all the furniture we were looking at that day And very patient with us . She showed us many pieces. Then she showed what we were looking for ,while She went and got us a couple bottled waters , Pam and I Discussed about the furniture . When she returned With our waters we told her we would take it . So we all went and wrote it all up and now paid for it . We’re just waiting for it to be delivered to Ashley furniture store for delivery to our house . What a great experience . I would recommend this store to everyone looking .

The start rating is a mix of the call Center support of zero and the local store a five

After purchasing multiple items of furniture we originally decided to wait until all pieces were available for delivery. After a couple of weeks we decided that we would like everything that is currently available. Upon calling the delivery call Center I was told that they would not even entertain the possibility of delivery the furniture already available and paid for. The only option was to wait for the next piece of furniture to arrive and then they could schedule a partial delivery. Even after multiple requests to talk to a supervisor I was repeatably told it was not necessary. Even when I said I would like to cancel my purchase I was told go ahead there will still be a 10% restocking fee I am not sure this is how customer service is supposed to work.

Absolutely horrible service. I don’t even know where to begin. They demand full payment before you receive anything. They give you a reasonable delivery date and then the fun begins. They keep pushing out delivery but no one tells you this. You need to keep calling in to find out what’s going on. Your sales rep does nothing for you but transfer you to Guest Services. When your order actually arrive in the Country, it sits in one of their local warehouses and keep missing the local delivery truck. My chairs have been sitting in Saskatoon for two weeks now and keep missing their weekly Thursday truck. They’ve had my money for almost two months now and all I have is a table that came damaged and is still being fixed (no loaner table to use during this time), half the parts of my two kids twin beds and one bench for our table without the 4 chairs. Do your neighborhood a favor and buy from a local company. I’ve requested compensation or some help and Guest Services says “They will see what they can do” and then you never hear from them again. A 4.1 star rating on Google only means they are paying people to post positive reviews. Absolute garbage company.

Loved it, was a fantastic shopping experience. we applied online to buy a sectional, applied for credit. But we had to go into the city to verify our identity. walked in and The sales associate was fantastic from the get go. would recommended this Ashley’s for everything you might need from there.

Our in person experience was great, Reid was excellent to deal with. Our delivery personnel were also great. The product arrived, we are happy.

The lead time caused some stress, and more open communication could have made the whole experience 5 stars.
