Don’t rent from here ever!! If you rent multiple of one thing, when you return your items, they will say you didn’t bring them all back and that they can’t be wrong about their inventory and steal your $300 deposit. I will never go to this business again. You can’t trust a company when they have money to gain from a simple lie.

Rented a mini-excavator from them to dig a pond in our backyard. A+ service, delivery, and machine. The delivery guy gave me a quick once over on how to use it and didn’t want to leave until I tried it out and felt comfortable with it. They called me before the scheduled pick up time to double check that I was done with it, that the time worked for me, or if I wanted it longer. Absolutely great service all the way around. I rented a skid steer at the same time from one of their competitors (review for them will be coming shortly and will be extremely negative). Night and day difference in companies, service, and products. Thanks A to Z, and keep up the good work!

Fabulous service! Very friendly! Went in looking for a part for my lawn tractor but wasn’t expecting to find it. Not only did they have the part but the gentleman who served me printed off a schematic for me as I was having another issue with the machine. I have been there a number of times for different things and the service and friendly attitude is always top notch!

Rented a wood chipper (Vermeer BC700XL). Worked well and was in good condition. The staff was very helpful and took the time to show me how to operate it, and made the unloading easy so I didn’t have to back it up between other expensive equipment.

I really like the rental experience. Felt like a valued customer despite having visibly no prior experience with the machine I was renting.

Some businesses have hard go at pleasing people. The rental business is one of those things. I like A to Z rentals because I have always found the staff very knowledgeable. They have pretty well used all the equipment they rent, and they are easy to deal with. The equipment they rent is professional level stuff, names like Bosch, Dewalt, Hilti. It has to be in order to stand up to the abuse that it takes. Renting things is going to cost you money, but it will allow you to not only try a tool out that you might not be sure you want to buy and it will be cheaper than buying a one off tool that you’re never going to use. I see some people leaving lower reviews because of price. That’s not helpful. They explain all of their prices up front, if it’s too expensive, then go find another option that you think will work. If you need to get the job done, then go here.
