I needed a pair of pants and a shirt in a different colour. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Placed my order without a fuss.

Wish there was more of a mens section. The store layout is great, really great atmosphere, it’s just unfortunate when you go upstairs and the men get a corner with some hats and some T-shirts.

We were visiting Kingston and stopped in. The dressing rooms were not available until 1pm. The sales clerk, Mia, was nice to hold the item until then. When we came back for 1pm, the male clerk said the rooms were closed and had to wait again! I told him we were told they would be opened at 1pm. He seemed annoyed and rude.

The store’s okay.. limited inventory. But the staff is real nice and ready to help. My Crossby record player’s needle was replaced by th store manager free of charge on hand :)

Store rarely has stock of a wide range of sizes for both Men and Women. Going in on most days you will mostly see S/XS for women and L/XL for men. There are women bigger than S and men smaller than L.
