Worst company! They went down hill when wally nason retired. They are rude and their responses make you wonder if they’ve actually given you the right answer. It takes several calls to get anything done. They told me there’s no cancel fee but I’m not confident that’s correct. They told me both my husband & I had to come in to sign the cancellation and when we got there, they only needed my signature😡 We drove all the way from Barnesville. Needless to say I cancelled my insurance with them after being insured for 15+ years.

I miss Wally but service is not a problem. If you have a claim Travellers is a great company to deal with as well. Just remember they are at 555 Somerset St not Prince William St. Car, House and Boat with these guys.
