Worst layout in a Walmart I’ve ever seen! Wasted so much time attempting to find what we were looking for, which we easily found at both of the other Walmart locations, previously…prices not up to date in several departments. Lots of staff simply not doing their jobs…so Very very glad I do not have to frequent this Walmart location. It’s like a Walmart management has forgotten…so surprisingly, since the area is a prime location.

This review is for Walmart in general but also this local location. I placed an online order for a Christmas Present for our son on Dec. 4./20 Arrival continued to get bumped, Dec. 21/20 parcel finally was shown as delivered to store. Never got a pick up notification. I waited until Dec. 24/20. and made a trip to the store to see if I could pick up the parcel. They told me in wasn’t there. So we missed Christmas. Waited into Jan.2/21, emailed asking for a response, no response. Called on Jan. 6/21 after being on hold 45 minutes spoke with a representative who tried looking into it but had no answers and assured me within 24 hours someone would return my call, 24 hours later, no response. I emailed again on Jan. 8/21, no response, I emailed again on Jan. 10, no response. I called the local store again on Jan. 13/21, talked to a local person working at the store, initially he told me the parcel had not arrived, I pushed him on it and said why do I have parcel tracking that show it was delivered Dec. 21/21, silence, then questioning me on when I received this information, back on dec 21/21 I said. He need to go check, comes back, says there is one of those items there but it hasn’t be processed. I have never seen such horrible, “I don’t give a care attitudes” in a corporations from the top all the way down to the bottom. If it was an item I could have purchased from a local business I surely would have but I thought well this is the next best thing using a local walmart as opposed to just ordering from Amazon. I’m not one to easily leave a 1 star review but when the amount of “I don’t care about you as a customer” tickles down through every level of customer service in a corporation sorry you get what you deserve. And from now on I will never shop for anything online from Walmart again.

Good location, great deals from time to time, parking is OK too. Nice and friendly staff.

I’m a young disabled woman and tonight was stopped as I was leaving the self checkout/customer service area. I was blocked and not let go until I showed my receipt. I use a walker and find this extremely disappointing that I was profiled and stopped while others weren’t. I can’t walk fast in the first place, paid for everything I had, and not even seconds later I’m stopped.

Be careful if you’re disabled and shopping here. The last thing I needed was to be stopped for absolutely no reason.

Good store with everything you could ever need. Customer service is quite good; a lot better than some other stores I’ve been to. It’s always nice when an employee greets you with a smile and guides you to whatever you may need.

The store is clean and tidy, but things could be better organized. Some of the things I was looking for were scattered around the store; not in one centralized location, which was a little frustrating.

Returns are simple and easy, though, and the staff is good.

Not a bad place overall.
