drove all the way from regina with my order confirmation and when I arrived they said my order was not there and “sorry about that”. now i am out 4 hours of driving with no lab manual to show for it

I received the grey sweatpants size large as a gift at Christmas so I am not able to comment on my experience on the store or the staff only the product I received. I only wore the sweatpants for a total of 48 hours at the most. There is already piling and the seams/stitching is already coming loose in the inner thigh. They have not even went through the washing machine yet. Very very disappointing. I guess if your thighs rub together they are not the pants for you. Not durable at all.
