Family owned business, they will take care of you the best they can. I had a faulty X-T3 delivered, factory problem, and they reshiped a new model one day after. Fluid communication. They are people you can trust. Fully satisfied.

After seeing many had good experience, I have to write this with hard heart.
I went one summer to trade in my equipment, they offered very low value although also advised that I sell privately. Anyway I asked about their used equipment (camera body and lens), all they could provide is cost and barely discuss or not even show the items.
2nd time, I tried recently to contact them via email regarding getting my camera serviced; no response came and so I went there in person after a few days. They seemed super busy, and so was asked to wait, almost 20mins later I tell them issue, and it was almost like they had no interest in repair service. Though they agreed to keep the body for diagnosis and advise if it will be repaired. on third day I called, and they had not even looked at it, not to mention to send it for repair. I asked why so long and their response is they are too busy and thought I was not in a rush.
I went next day and got my stuff back. 30mins drive was waste of my gas and time.
In conclusion, if you are busy to point that you can’t handle customers, then hire help. and secondly they need to get professional customer service and anger management training.

Good service and price. I would prefer if the used lenses and bodies were on display rather than having to bother the sales staff.

I recently ordered a Lumix G85 from here, initially ordering a new one in a bundle with kit lens and SD Card. I went ahead with the order, and the staff updated the firmware on both the body and the lens, they cleaned the sensor, and expedited the shipping. I received the camera the next day after it shipped, and they included an 64gb SD card at no extra charge. This really went above and beyond with customer service, and they were amazing to deal with as they answered all my questions promptly. I would highly recommend BJ Photo Labs!!
