Never rent from them. There is no sound proofing. They rent to the lowest of the lows. I found people passed out on drugs in the hallways. The staff was often rude when I went to pay my rent. When my lease was up, they wanted me to pay an extra $200 a month to stay IF i signed a new lease or it would be more. I had mice and that’s about the only thing they took care of.
